*Please note that your table will not be drafted for your review until full payment has been received.  Reserving a spot without payment does not guarantee a spot for the actual event.  It is the vendor's responsibility to get the information to us for setting up your table.

We will have a "Common" Interactive Chat set up for the event.  This allows all vendors and customers to meet in the same chat area to mingle.  There are options for Private Chat if you'd like to chat one-on-one with someone in the room (this is done by double clicking on the person's nick name you wish to private chat with).

Each table is linked through a secure server.

Remember that the url you provide must go to a picture, not a webpage.  We need to now have your pictures on our web server to ensure they show for customers with Netscape 4.0  You may pass these on via Email. Descriptions can not be longer than 25 words per item. Your first item is your Show Special - your best seller or "on sale" item.  (To get a url to a single photo on the web:  Find the photo online - right click on that photo - a box opens up -  then click on properties - another box opens up -  copy the url listed in the address box - that is the url to that individual photo - that is what we need.)
